Kiwi Sapphire Cooler

  • 1 bottle of chilled DOLUCA SAPPHIRE (37.5.cl)
  • 15 cl. soda
  • 4 kiwi (peeled and sliced)
  • 12 cl. banana syrup (if not available, a banana and 1 tablespoon of sugar dissolved in water)

Make a tight bundle of 10 pieces of ice into a clean cloth and hit it with a spoon to break the pieces of ice. Mix in a shaker or blender with all the ingredients and crushed ice chips.

It is for 4 people.

Strawberry Ice Cream Sapphire

  • 1 bottle of chilled DOLUCA SAPPHIRE (37.5.cl)
  • 500 gr. Strawberry ice cream

Mix the ingredients in the blender.

It is for 4 people.

Sapphire

  • 1 bottle of chilled DOLUCA SAPPHIRE (37.5.cl)
  • 2 ripe peaches (skinned, seeds removed)
  • 4 cl. Grand Marnier (or orange liqueur)
  • 8 cl. non-alcoholic peach syrup (if not a glass of instant peach juice)

Make a tight bundle of 10 pieces of ice into a clean cloth and hit it with a spoon to break the pieces of ice. Slice the peaches and mix them in a blender along with the other ingredients and crushed ice.

It is for 4 people.

Sapphire Basil Ice Cooler

  • 1 bottle of chilled DOLUCA SAPPHIRE (37.5.cl)
  • 10 cl. vodka
  • 2 slices of melon
  • 20 leaves of fresh basil
  • 3 teaspoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 teaspoons of sugar

Make a tight bundle of 10 pieces of ice into a clean cloth and hit it with a spoon to break the pieces of ice. Blend lemon juice, sugar and fresh basil leaves in a blender for 15 seconds. mix. Add ice and other ingredients and mix again. Serve in glasses filled with ice.

Sapphire Red Grape Cooler

  • 1 bottle of chilled DOLUCA SAPPHIRE (37.5.cl)
  • 40 red grape seeds (pitted)
  • 7 tablespoons of powdered sugar

Mix 14 pieces of ice and all the ingredients in the blender for about 1 minute. Serve preferably in a large and voluminous glass of red wine.

It is for 4 people.

Strawberry Sapphire Cooler

  • 1 bottle of chilled DOLUCA SAPPHIRE (37.5.cl)
  • 16 cl. ready strawberry juice)
  • 8 cl Malibu
  • 15 red grapes (seeds removed)

Make a tight bundle of 10 pieces of ice into a clean cloth and hit it with a spoon to break the pieces of ice. Mix all the ingredients with crushed ice in the blender. You can serve Strawberry Sapphire Cooler in a glass or in a coconut!

Oludeniz

  • 1 bottle of chilled DOLUCA SAPPHIRE (37.5.cl)
  • 15 cl. blue Curaçao
  • 250 gr. lemon sorbet (or lemon ice cream)
  • 15 red grapes (seeds removed)

Mix the sapphire and lemon sorbet in the blender, first fill the glass with the Blue Curaçao and the mixture in the blender.

It is for 4 people.

Red Sea

  • 1 bottle of chilled DOLUCA SAPPHIRE (37.5.cl)
  • 6 cl. Triple Sec or Orange liqueur
  • 250 gr. pomegranate sorbet (instead of pomegranate sorbet, cherry ice cream can be used)

Mix the ingredients in the blender.

It is for 4 people.

Pineapple Ice Cream Sapphire

  • 1 bottle of chilled DOLUCA SAPPHIRE (37.5.cl)
  • 500 gr. pineapple ice cream
  • (or 500gr. canned pineapple with syrup)

Mix the ice cream and Safir in the blender.

To prepare with canned pineapple;
Make a tight bundle of 10 pieces of ice into a clean cloth and hit it with a spoon to break the pieces of ice. Mix the ice, pineapple and Safir in a blender.
